The hotel has stylish and modern rooms complete with private hot open air bath and hot open air, as for instance. The location is unbeatable and good, very close to a bus stop. The place to have dinner just a short stroll away from the property is Angelina's Pizzeria, loved this place. The restaurant serves excellent Japanese food. Thank you for an extra special stay.
The bathrooms are quite small.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for me, nestled in the mountains and offering a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. The room was beautifully designed, blending traditional and modern elements, and I especially loved the private outdoor onsen facing the forest. It was an incredibly relaxing experience, allowing me to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I was impressed with the high quality of service throughout my stay. The traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast provided were absolutely delicious, and I appreciated that my dietary preferences were taken into account. I found this place to be a perfect retreat, providing enhanced comfort and quality services.

I must say, I was fascinated by the beautiful outdoor onsen, surrounded by lush mountains. the room was quite spacious, with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom that was well-maintained. the traditional Japanese breakfast served was so tasty that it left me craving for more.
The hotel staff's attitude was disappointing. Many of them were not fluent in English, making it hard to communicate.

The private onsen with forest view in the room was the highlight of the stay. the traditional breakfast served was delicious and kept us full for the day. the location was secluded and peaceful, surrounded by nature.
The staff were not welcoming or friendly, making us feel like they did not want to show us around the hotel. the hotel was difficult to reach by public transport and noisy due to ongoing construction nearby.

The hot springs were fantastic and very relaxing after a long day of business meetings. The Japanese breakfast was delicious and offered a unique cultural experience. The shuttle service was also very convenient and saved us the hassle of finding transportation.
The location was a bit isolated and difficult to reach without a car. We also found that some of the staff were not particularly welcoming and could have done more to make us feel comfortable during our stay.
